Flour
I am documenting the fact that after today's grocery store outing, I currently have 25 lbs of flour in my kitchen. Much of it is being stored in the freezer. I'm quite curious to see how long it lasts.
Hmmm, that looks so official...what I meant to say was, what size is the 'normal' bag at the store? I'm pretty sure I've had 6-7 of the those bags in my pantry when they were on sale. I wish I could find unbleached flour in 25 lb containers. :) We go through a decent amount making bread.
