Let's say you're a cute girl. Nice skin, nice body, etc. Now say you're riding a moped wearing the world's almost-shortest shorts, a t-shirt that is, for all intents and purposes, see through, and a pair of flip flops. How do you think you're gonna look if you get in an accident and are covered in road rash? Do you think you're gonna be quite so cute in those 'ittle bitty shorts?
